At Newland Floors and Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation materials. If your flooring or doors aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused, boxed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all flooring planks or door hardware are securely repacked in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a specialist courier to transport the heavy goods back to our central Newland warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
